Canceled my insurance without my knowledge

I have insurance with mtn for sumsung J prime. They have been debitting account for a while. August i tried to make a claim the phone was ****** and was told my contract was terminated without my knowledge. They claimed to have sent me an sms regarding cancellation of the insurance, then i asked the agent to resend the sms which i never received. I spoke to another agent who then emailed me the cancellation letter.

Problem with all this is that my account was still being debitted for insurance they claimed to have cancelled. 2nd issue being the reasons for cancellation, according to their T's and C's when u claim more than twice you are regarded high risk and therefore can terminate your contract. Problem with this is we never received that kind communication prior to signing the contract, when i questioned this i was told Pinnacle Marketing took over mtn insurance and thats how they work. Us as clients were never informed about these changes and that Pinnacle Markerting was taking over our insurance, now new terms and conditions come about when we make claims.

Finally i was told they will refund the premiums that were deducted after the so called cancellation took place
