Canceled contract but still being debited.

I've canceled my contract in April, its now July and I'm still being debited, Ive called every month for cancelation and each agent keeps saying they see the cancelation and they have escalated the matter to their manager but there is still no change. One manager even promised that they will pay back my money but nothing till today. All I have is a cancelation reference number ***.
