Cancelation request that cannot be received by MTN since they make it impossible to talk to them

I have been trying to cancel my mobile contract with them and they are not answering my calls and when i did a walk in on one of thier stores they say that responsibility to cancel was taken from them. So basically i am now forced to pay for services i no longer need and i feel these telecommunications company do this on purpose
