Cancelation of number

I have received the most appalling service from MTN. On the 09/02/2022 at 10:11am, I called the call centre on *** and spoke to Sinehlanhla regarding MTN contract, I have got a prepaid package. The same day I called at about 15:30 and spoke to Malusi Sange, to cancel a new contract package coz I wanted revert to the old one, cancelation ***. When I woke up the next morning, it said my number doesn't exist when somebody called it, I went to the Promenade MTN store, and I was told, instead of canceling the contract, Melusi has canceled my number. Charlotte Taylor the manager at MTN store called the call centre, they advised it would be working before end business day. Since the 10/02/2022, I have been traveling back and forth to the MTN stores, we have called the call centre every day since, but my number is still not working. I'm a pensioner and I have to keep on borrowing taxi money and airtime to travel to MTN stores and to call the centre. At the current moment none of my family members can reach me, which is very dangerous for me as anything can happen as I've got chronic illnesses and live alone with my grandson

This has put my life on hold, I need this sorted today, as I cant keep traveling to mall everyday. I have too many reference number and too many names of people of who have promised to get back to me by end of business with no luck
