Cancelation of MTN Internet contract

Sometimes, after being weeks without internet, we have decided to cancel the MTN internet contract. Sent all required information to Retention department, paid the required penalty for early cancelation, sent proof of payment twice, making endless phone calls to MTN service and being sent from one department to another. After 2 months the contract was still not canceled. To cancel we had to travel to MTN offices. So we ended up paying 2 months for non existing service and additional cost for using MTN office for cancelation.
