Cancelation of MTN contract

Hi Dear sir/madam. I Burhan Nisanci am an MTN client with 3 contracts. One was over as far as i remember end of Feb2023. And I went to the MTN shop in Pavillion, they said I must call 135 for the termination of the contract with number of ***. After calling the number many times I got hold of a lady that she told me the termination is done with the ref number *** but I still have charged in 5th May and 5th June. And then I went to MTN Pavillion, which is placed next to the Incredible Connection they said you opened a ticket for the cancelation but still on process and we can't do anything for the termination they direct me to call 135 again and called the number in front of them but no one helped me with spending more then 30 minutes on the phone. By the way on the 6th of June I went to the standard bank to reverse the payment and whole amount of 3 contracts R736.63 is reversed. I am in a quandary and desperately need your help to raise public awareness about this issue. They have been most uncooperative.
