Cancelation of MTN contract

MTN please can you guys get Mondo who I have been sending me from pillar to post regarding my cancelation of a data and router deal. Service agent signed me up for this deal and i told them that I don't want a new router and sim as I have an existing contract with you guys.i was misled as I thought that my contract is coming to end and I'm due for a upgrade. I called them and they told me to take the router and sim to the nearest MTN which I did but still have no joy with it being canceled. This is the ref number: IRMF *** after I took the router and sim back to the nearest MTN. Now MTN is saying Mondo needs to sort out and Mondo is saying something else. Mind you I'm paying for something I've never even used. The service is pathetic and consultants just pass the buck. This has been going on from July 2025 and just cannot get any help.
