Cancelation of contracts
On Sunday 13 September 2015 I requested the MTNSP shop in Centurion Mall to cancel two of my contracts and convert them to Pay As You Go. I was told that they can not do it in store, and that I have to cancel the contracts via the 808 number.<br> I duly contacted 808 and a very helpful lady took me through the process. She said that I will shortly be contacted by MTN and will then be supp**** with cancellation figures.<br> She gave me a reference, ***
