Cancelation of contract

I have tried to cancell my contract for 2 months I have gone to the mtn shop 2 times, first time they said I needed to come back the second time they said they do not so cancelations in store anymore and I need to call the call Centre, I have called the call center a few times everytime they say something else. -they are offline, call back - you need to send an email which I have done and followed up numerous times with no response - they said they. Will cancel but clearly has not as I am still getting a bill.
