Cancelation of contract

I've been trying to cancel my contract with MTN when I called in late last year I was sent from Pillar to post and then decided not to cancel.. I then decided to send them an email requesting my settlement amount, apperantly they tried calling and wanted to know what time they could call back I responsed but nothing from MTN all I want is to settle my contract with them
