Cancelation of contract

Despite me canceling my contract, and they responding and confirming cancelation they continue to debt my account and even billed me for Nov already. I tried to call, I sent emails, and I visited a physical store, but everyone gives me the run around. Can someone from MTN please explain to me what is going on.
