Cancelation of contract

I was contacted in september by Mtn that I am due for an upgrade and I told them that the company that i work for will take over my contract so i need to cancel it when the contract ends on 12 November 2022. I then went in to MTN in Ceres in mid October 2022 to give notice to end the contract but they refused to help me and said i can only do it once the contract has expired. I have also since emailed you to try and cancel my contract. I do not know why it is so difficult to cancel a contract with you. I am telling you now that 12 November this contract is done and i will remove tour debit order. Cancel the contract!
