Cancelation MTN contract.

Try to cancel contract 3years ago with no success. I need to cancel online because it was an internet modem with no number can't cancel online and branch staff at New Market mall not helpfull at all. When you try to explain to staff over phone when they phone me for the outstanding balance (that should be cancel 3years ago) they put down the phone in my ear.
