Cancelation issues

Customer service very poor, rude tenants working there, and the MTN overall cancelation process is very complicated and confusing.

In March I called the MTN customer service line and tried talking to them about my contract cancelation, they 1st told me I have to go to a MTN shop do put in the notice,.. Went to the MTN shop and got told they can't help me I need to call the 083135 number they'll help me.. This went ons for 3 or 4 times.

After all that still haven't been helped.
