CANCELATION FED UP CUSTOMER

MTN IS *** first of all its been 8 months with no help I've been trying to cancel my contract however no help i was assisted by Zain Mohammed at Gateway mtn store he has been no help to me he was high on drugs when he was assisting me he couldn't even answer simple questions i was being charged for something i was not using... The data that they had put was not the one that was on my contract i kept calling they told me to go to the store when I went to the store they told me to call they are giving me a run around when went to the store again i spoke to Kelly from the Gateway store she had a bad attitude disgusting a consultant shouting at a customer what a disgrace i really need this sorted out I WANT TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY
