Cancelation

I've been calling and calling about this cancelation. The router was collected on the 23rd of February, but till to date it's haven't been canceled. And when I call they busy telling me about escalations, and this is affecting my record.my Cradit is gonna look bad now becouse they don't do their job. And one thing that they know is lying. They get paid by lying.. I'm tired of their lies. I worked hard to keep my "Cradit Score" clean. Now this is gonna ruin everything.
