Cancelation due to dissatisfaction

I have tried to cancel a contract undertaken with MTN a cancelation reference number was provided yet I'm still receiving billing documentation monthly and I am also being debited. I have contacted the customer service department via email and the consultant has not resolved the matter I need the contract to be canceled as I am dissatisfied with the provider
