Cancelation department is wack

Mtn contract cancelation department is wack its like these ppl don't want us to cancel their service ul get attitude from the agents and they take hours to cancel their phone etiquette is horrible its like they took all their worst agents to that department holding time is a nightmare ul be told I'm trying to generate your information and be kept holding ul end thinking the person went to the bathroom coz they dnt say anything to you. Mtn needs to recheck their cancelation department. Coz a call for cancelation cnt take more than 15 minutes while interaction only took not more than 3 minutes. Can we be enabled to self service cancelation.
