Cancelation complaint

I am so disappointed at your service. I canceled my month-to-month package on the 28/06 when I returned everything to Bridge city store. Since today I am still debited for something I do not have. I do not know how to resolve this , I have made numerous calls and emails but no one seem to know how to cancel Please urgently assist ***
