Cancelation

I tried to cancel my contact since September 2025 and my account is still being debited. No one is willing to help when I call tge call center or go to the store, im being sent back and forth. Today I spoke to Bongiwe at the retention department and she she told me there is nothing they can help with even her manager won't be able to assist. These failed debits are messing my account.
