Cancelation and Refund

MTN Protea Glen staff are not well equipped with their products and how they work. I had to visit the store more than 5 times for a simple mere cancelation.

At worst MTN is still charging me for contract I have canceled, when I request a refund Im told there's no refund applicable. They take forever to action clients request and that is whack as I have to make provisions for a service that I'm not even using.

Can anyone with thorough knowledge on cancelation and refund please reach out or on how I can escalate this please help! This is frustrating as it is affecting my budget.
