Cancelation
I had called MTN in January several times regarding the cancelation of the contract and i was not advised to do it in writting, all of a sudden i owe MTN and they sent my account to debt collectors who threatness me.<br>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that a credit has been passed for the late cancellation and a notification has been sent to legal for payment profile to be updated.
