Cancel upgrade - VERY BAD SERVICE (SUMMER MOBILE) ***

Dont even know where to start.

This place makes me nauseous just hearing their name. So my story.

I was due for an upgrade then I received this call from summermobile offering me a new phone in September (Huwai P8Lite). I initially thought this was gonna be a quick service to my surprise not.

Then I got the second call (6 October - remember this date so well because I thought I was gonna get this phone on this day before hubby's bday 7 Oct) just to saytheir huwai p9 lite is out of stock they can offer me the p10 lite. So I agreed. I said yes bring it along. DSV couriers sent me a msg to say they will phone soon for delivery never got the call I had to phone them. They could have have rather asked the Post Office to deliver the phone it would have been much quicker service.

I asked for a cancellation I have to wait another 5working days for the cancellation. I am on day 4 still waiting for cancellation to go through after I have to phone them every day. Vincent promised me yesterday, Tuesday, 24 October he will forward a reference number for the cancellation - still no sms received . Up to date no phone but statement came through for payment. I am not gonna pay anything because I have asked numerous occasions for this transaction to be cancelled. Getting a phone in the store is much quicker then going through this Summer / Winter mobile. They say summer mobile but you must wait until next winter for the mobile to arrive.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont ever want to deal with this company again.
