CANCEL THIS CONTRACT
Hi, I need to cancel a new contract that was offered to my mother without my consent. it was a trick. I tried to call mtn to cancel they gave me this number, ********** 667 which is the first number we contacted. we got a call from a lady her number is ********** offering my mom a phone deal. now I received an e-mail saying:
Application Notification ********** 10:10 AM (30 minutes ago) to Zanele.n3
Dear Valued Customer; your application for an MTN contract has been approved.Our Courier Company will make contact with you and arrange for delivery.
“The information contained in this message is intended solely for the individual to whom it is specifically and originally addressed. This message and its contents may contain confidential or privileged information from MTN Group. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any disclosure or distribution, is strictly prohibited. If you receive this email in error, please notify MTN Group immediately and delete it. MTN Group does not accept any liability or responsibility if action is taken in reliance on the contents of this information . Note that all personal emails are not authorized by MTN Group. ”
WE DO NOT WANT THIS DEAL. CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT COURIER ANYTHING. PLEASE CALL MY MOM TO CANCEL THIS.
