CANCEL THE FLIPPIN' DIRECT DEBIT

I don't know how many franchise stores I have went too, even went to Century City Cape Town Branch to have my issue with a cancelled contract resolved, I have asked MTN for about a Million times now to remove the debit order because I cancelled the contract I took out with them, the lady that sold me the contract **** and said I can upgrade my contract in 3 months and I made my research and found that was a lie, you keep debiting my money from my account every month, I am still waiting on my refunds for the months you took money out from my account to date none of that has been resolved.... PLEASE CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT UPDATE THE CREDIT BUREAU WITH THE RIGHT INFORMATION I DONT HAVE ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH MTN!!!!!!!!!!!

I CANNOT BE CALLING YOU GUYS EVERY MONTH TO SORT OUT THE SAME ISSUE I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THE MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!!
