Cancel of contract
I am trying to cancel my contract with MSN since 18 February 2018. I phoned them and they tell me I must phone between 8am and 4pm then only I can cancel my contract. I have done this and every time they transfer my call or I get no answer. My contract ends end of March and that will be my last debit order and if I can't cancle my contract before MTN loads another debit order I will reverse the payment

29 Mar 2018, 12:06After MTN have rep**** to me complain and told me I must mail them on the 19th of march and they will cancel my contract, I mailed them on the mail address they gave me and still after I did this they haven’t rep**** to me yet
I will not pay another debit order to MTN because of poor service after I requested my cancelation of my contract
