Cancel MY subscription????

MTN- will never get My or any of my relatives business again! I have 3 contracts with MTN which is due for upgrades. Been trying to get hold of MTN to assist but had no luck as the consultants are cutting my call, some are sitting on mute- so clients cant hear them.

I changed my mind and decided I'm no longer going to upgrade, tried to cancel my subscriptions for the past week. I literally had to wait for an hour - just speak to a consultant, when I get through they cut the call, which kind of service is this?!

I will never use MTN service again and will never recommend anyone to use MTN services.

How do I get assistance as I don't want to block debit orders as it will have a negative effect on my account.
