CANCEL MY MTN CONTRACT

I have a mtn contract that i want to cancel as im not using this network. So money was being taken of my account. I phoned for a whole week and would get transfered from one operator to another operator and the line would just go dead. Went to the Mtn store and they could not help me and said i have to phone the call center. I did and waited for someone to help and once again the line went dead. Then i decieded to reverse my debit order so someone could phone me. I finally got some to help and said i must pay the outstanding amount and i did and was told to email it to them. They then said did not receive it. Now they have sent me another amout of R2000. They have not minused the amout i have already paid. ALL I WANT IS TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT BUT JUST BEING IGNORED. i have emailed so many times and NO-ONE RESPONSES TO ME
