Cancel my damn contract

Good day

I honestly wish I never purchased the MTN device for data , Ive had this device for once month and had returned the devices . But still too date I have not received any joy from customer service . I mean why does it take so long for you people to cancel my contract with you'll. Its been 2 month from rentation department , then back to the collection department . This has become madness the amount for reference number and emails i have to sent out and till date no response . Can you people there just do your job and cancel my contract . I want nothing to do with youll honestly . I want FEEDBACK . TILL to date i have not received any feedback or update . Customer number : BA***. Ive had enough of youll and this disgusting service here
