Cancel my contract please!!!
I had a contract with MTN which came to an end in May 2018. After requesting that they cancel my contract on its expiry I was shocked to find out last week that my account was with the legal department as I have been missing payments from May 2018. I went to one of their store to find out and to my surprise my contract was never cancelled. I have paid the amount owing but now I can't get through to their retention centre to cancel my "contract" and legal is no way to be found for them to clear my status. Anyone planning to get a contract with MTN, please DO NOT!!! These guys do not operate in good faith!
