In order for us to resolve your issue we will have to refer you to the Cancellation / Retention department who will review your current Subscriber agreement with MTN and advise on the necessary steps.
We would advise that you check your agreement carefully as there are some limitations to cancelling any contracts.
The common practice for cancellation would firstly be that the subscriber notifies MTN in writing with a 30 day (1 x calendar months) 's due notice.
You might however still incur certain costs even though you have mentioned that your contract will be expiring end July - these may include eg:
* + 1 month subscription (This is the calculation charge used in Eppix)
* Usage fees (calls/data) on the current invoice.
One of our consultants will be in contact with you soon and I sincerely hope we can resolve your issues.
Kind regards
