CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS REQUESTED!

Why is it so difficult for your 'client support team' to answer phone calls or attend to CANCELLATION requests? I gave you WRITTEN notice to cancel my contract ONE MONTH ahead of cancellation date and yet today I am advised that my Data has been topped up. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!
