Cancel my contract.

I have been a customer of Mtn for years. I have a contract with them. My contract was renewed without my understanding and I'm said to have received a handset in the deal. I have been trying to rectify this for months now but without any help from Mtn. All I want right now is for Mtn to cancel my contract and stop debiting my account for R900 plus. I'm tired of this.
