Cancel MTN immediately

Ah man, where do I start. MTN called me to upgrade my phone 2 months ago. it’s now 2 months later, I have called MTN about 50 times and today my delivery got cancelled once again but no one told me. I have to start again. I actually cannot believe how bad the systems and processes are at MTN. I’m canceling my contract immediately.
