CANCEL MTN

MTN collection and MTN legal are the worst. I have been requesting a simple thing from them and they have failed countless time. I was handed over to collections for an account that I want to pay but they charged me incorrectly and I keep requesting that they update the balance so I can settle the account yet no help whatsoever I keep getting promises for calls and people from legal to help yet The is zero help i am getting. At this point MTN doesn't want me to pay them and yet the are people calling me everyday on their behalf. cancel MTN
