CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY

I've been trying to cancel a contract since October 2021. I've phone in February, the lady told me that end of February will be last deducting date, and the contract will be cancelled on 12 March 2022. 13 March 2022 I received a sms stating that I'm now on a prepaid contract. I've stopped the debit order from MTN, only to find out end of March they are trying to deduct once again. Phoned MTN, and they said it is still not cancelled. No one is giving me the correct email address to cancel the contract, and not even replying on the customer service email address. I will not pay this contract until this nonsens has been sorted. MTN CONTACT ME!
