Cancel data Contract ASAP!!!

Can someone please cancel the month to month contract I have. I went to an MTN branch, filled in forms to cancel the contract 2months ago and also handed over the router device but the contract is still active, why, I have called 083 136, 083 135, none of the menus are for cancellation spoken to 2 of your agents none is taking me to cancellations department. Cancel this contract *** ASAP I dont want it!!! How difficult must it be to cancel a month to month contract this is ridiculous otherwise I will dispute the debit orders via the bank and take this to the Ombudsman
