Cancel Contracts
Firstly i had gone into MTN at Riverside Mall to find out when all my contracts termination dates are for the 5 or 6 contracts that i had with MTN. I was given the Month of June for the one. So being April i called in to give my 30 day notice period only to find out the termination date was in March, so i asked the Gentlemen to Migrate the number to which he said someone from retentions department will contact me within 3-5 working days, we are now going on more then a week with no phone call. so tried calling today and today their customer care line is off. GREAT STUFF MTN.<br>
