Cancel contract scheduled but not completed

I requested a termination of contract and conversion to pay as you go. The termination did not occur on the date set by MTN themselves. I checked at two different shops V&A and Stellenbosch to confirm the termination. The consultants also confirmed that I had no outstanding accounts.

MTN did not terminate the contract. AND billed me for the next month! For data and airtime I am unable to use.
