Cancel contract

I've been in contact with MTN contact centre since last week. I want to cancel my contract. When i 1st called in i was told your systems are offline when i wanted the cancellation amount. I had to call again the following day requesting for the same thing. The lady gave me amount i needed to pay and also promised i would get an email once payment is done i must email her. Till today, im still waiting for her email. I paid the R549 at your MTN store. Now please cancel your contract. Since 2019, i have a contract with you guys but you have an incorrect email...
