Canal Walk - poor service. No cover for phone available?

After I was persuaded to change from a Samsung phone to a Huawei by one of the assistants at MTN Canal Walk, I was told that as the phone was just launched in the market I will not be able to get a cover for about 3 weeks. This was beginning of December 2017. I still can't get a cover for the phone! Now my phone has fallen and the screen is cracked. Does this mean I need to use my one free screen repair for this? I don't think so!!!!!!!!! Worst is that I can't even get hold of a telephone number to phone this specific shop! I got hold of a telephone number for Tyrone Wagner who are the supervisor but he keeps dropping my calls. Bad bad bad service!!!
