Can you please call your customer?

Dear MTN

Can you please call me, your customer, who used to have 5 lines with MTN and who have, thankfully, reduced it to 2 and cannot wait to not have any more with you very soon. Jippeee!!

I have been trying unsuccessfully to call you on your *** number. Your system decided my pin is no longer valid and there is not option to transfer to a consultant without this pin.

You see MTN, I need to correct the following:
A billing date, which you have unilaterally moved from the 27th (payday) to 22nd of each month.
The continuous (about 5 times a month) disconnection of my services, even through the account has been paid

And lastly, I desperately need to confirm the termination date of my contract, as this date will save me from institutionalization.
