Can you lay a charge of theft against MTN?

<p>MTN took funds out of my account *******ly and I had to resort to the consumer ombudsman to get my money back, this was acknowledged by MTN and a credit was given to me - 5 reference numbers later, a RAQ number and more excuses, week after week this continues and no refund.</p> <p>Today I am told the person that authorised it must sign the credit note as its more than R5000.00 last week I was told I will have my refund in 24 hours, today MTN doesn’t know how long it will take.</p> <p>THIS IS THEFT, how do we hold MTN accountable.</p>
