Can you be without your business sim for 11 days??

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint for uacceptable service from One2One and MTN. One2One is a service provider for MTN. I had requested to cancel my top up airtime deal with One2One and was told it will be cancelled and my sim will be put back to prepaid, i was advised i must call them back when i notice my sim doesn't have service.

i called them back when it was out of service on the 20th October and they asked for for my sim card number which i provided and was told it will take 24 hours to be put back to prepaid. I was called back by them on the the 21st saying i should get a new sim card i did and i gave them the new sim card number as mine was apparently too old i was told it will work in in 24 hours. On the 22nd they told me that my query is too comlicated and MTN will take 5 working days to sort it out it's not their fault as MTN is the one who does it.

I cannot believe in this day age you must wait for 2 weeks to sort out a simple sim card to work to make matters worse we use this sim for business and we are loosing customers due to this we cannot have it.

the number in question with MTN is ***.
I can be reached on ***
Thank you

Hello Vuyo Pindela,

Thank you for your post

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

We would like to advise that the number has been reconnected to the MTN network and it has been moved to prepaid on 2015-10-23. Please visit your nearest MTN store or Rica agent with your ID and proof of address to Rica the number.

We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.

Kind Regards
Siphumezo
