Can we get what we paying for!

Dear MTN, I got my phone that I had been waiting for and was so excited on the new xs contract. Not only to find that my bundles are not complete. I’m suppose to get 500 MG day and night data, 50 minutes and 50 SMS. To my disappointment- I check the balance on my new phone and I have 13 sms, 30 MG and 12:54 minutes????? Please kindly let me know if I am paying for such on freaken new sim card? I need to get the above in full or does it mean I’m getting discounted rates like really - I can’t be dealing with such GAO ngeke!
