Can't Transfer Loyalty Points

I changed from a contract MTN number (that was registered with the 141 loyalty programme) to a prepaid number. I no longer have access to the contract number and would like my loyalty points to be transferred to my prepaid number. <br> MTN are saying that the only way to do this is to logon to the contract phone(which I no longer have access to) and dial *141*9# and follow the prompts. <br> When you register for the loyalty programme, you do need to enter your ID number. So it should be easy for MTN to do the transfer. But no one knows what to do.<br>
