Can't submit a claim!
I am going crazy here - I have insurance with MTN and my phone is giving me problems, but no one ever picks up their direct phone or answers their emails, no one on the MTN call centre or at the MTN stores knows how to help, and their online claim form won't let me submit it! Please help! I didn't want to get to the point of making public complaints but this is just getting ridiculous!
