Can't get through to Store!

<p>I recently took my phone in for repair at the Cavendish Square store in Claremont (24 October). After almost 2 weeks, I thought that I could just give them a call to get a status update. The only problem is that they never answer their phone. It just rings and rings, until it just ends. This is totally unacceptable!! All I want is to get an update!!</p>
