Can't get through to call center - PHONE UNUSABLE!

I have been trying to get through to 808 for the last three weeks! When I upgraded two of my phones the new billing took affect and it breached my credit limit. Both phones plus my data SIM were barred. I phoned 808 and they removed the bar from the ONE PHONE ONLY. The other phone and modem have been completely useless every since and I can't get through to a consultant. After many many years of being an MTN subscriber, this is the first time I am truly annoyed

Our records show that the sim card is active on the network however should you need further assistance on this line please contact our Data Support Desk on 1555.
