Can't get through,no Response to fax
Called the insurance helpline. Hold on forever, no answer, then gets CuT OFF! Sent an email, told to fax from. Now waiting no response no contact. Same problem last year.

10 Jun 2016, 04:19Hi Siphumeza FOUR months down the line I am STILL waiting for MTN Insurance to not only reimburse me, but to RESPOND to my query. You had promised to sort it out,I am still waiting! How then will you ever restore my faith in you. MTN INSURANCE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
